Returning to our Clinical practice of Regenerative and Cellular Orthopedics with Stem Cells and Biologics, while Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate allows me to deliver Adult Mesenchymal Stem Cells in addition to precursor cells, concentrated anti-inflammatory proteins, and Growth Factors such as IRAP and A2M to an arthritic joint; for the “mature” patient, your Fat recovered by Lipo-aspiration provides a potentially improved outcome when dealing with an arthritic joint. There are more stem cells found in fat as we age than in bone marrow concentrate.
